How does billing work?▾
All paid plans are invoice-based. Once you choose a plan, our team sends an invoice. Your account is upgraded immediately after payment confirmation.
What is the platform commission?▾
A small percentage of each completed order's subtotal is charged to the seller. Free plan: 2.5%, Growth: 2.0%, Enterprise: 1.5%. Commission is calculated automatically and billed monthly.
Can I switch plans later?▾
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Contact billing@chembizz.com and we'll issue a prorated invoice.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?▾
We offer a 14-day trial on Growth for qualified buyers and sellers. Contact our sales team to apply.
What currencies are supported?▾
Product listings and orders support 150+ currencies with live FX rates. Platform billing is in INR.
